Contact BoxLite

Every channel below reaches the team directly. There is no contact form, and nothing about getting started requires talking to us first.

Support

Email [email protected] for anything about an account, billing, a bug in the managed cloud, or a box behaving unexpectedly. This is the fastest route for account-specific problems, because it is the only channel where we can look up your organisation and see what actually happened.

Including your organisation name and, where relevant, a box id or the timestamp of the failure will usually save a round trip.

Community

The BoxLite Discord is the place for questions that other people benefit from seeing answered — how to shape a workload, which isolation mode fits, what an error means. It is also where release notes and breaking changes get discussed before they land.

Bugs and feature requests

The runtime is open source and issues are triaged in public. File them at github.com/boxlite-ai/boxlite/issues — a reproduction against the open-source runtime is the single most useful thing you can attach, because it lets us fix the bug without access to your account.

Sales and enterprise

Email [email protected] with Enterprise in the subject for custom concurrency limits, a security review as part of onboarding, dedicated support, invoicing or annual billing.

Getting started without talking to anyone

You do not need to reach us to evaluate BoxLite. The open-source runtime installs with pip install boxlite and needs no account at all. For the managed cloud, the console issues an API key self-serve, and new accounts start with credits attached — so an agent or a developer can get from nothing to a running box without a human in the loop.
